We raise chickens the natural way: no shortcuts, no chemicals, no rush. But that also means supply is finite. And here’s how we handle it:

  1. Subscribers get first pick. Their boxes are reserved automatically.
  2. Local chefs & families are next. Many of our birds never make it online.
  3. Public release is last. Only the remaining boxes are offered here.

That’s why, when this page says “limited harvest,” we mean it. Once these boxes are gone, the next chance is next month’s harvest.
